How often do I need to get my AC unit serviced?

AC Servicing is mandatory and dependent on the amount of coolant your system can hold. This will be either 5TCO2, 50 or 500, with most commerical units being in the 5TCO2 range.

You legally need to get a 5TCO2 unit serviced annual, 50TCO2 units bi-annually and 500TCO2 units every three months. Each time your unit is serviced, you should also update your on site FGAS logs so that audits can be conducted effectively.
Why does my AC feel slow?

Any issues with airflow are often caused by debris within the unit. A quick maintenance on your AC will resolve this issue and help regulate temperature again once the blockage has been removed.

If there is no debris present, this would require further diagnosis and likely a scheduled repair.
Does my AC unit need replacing?

Depending on the brand - average lifespan is around 15-20 years when factoring in usage, maintenance and environment.
Before opting for a new HVAC system install, it's worthwile scheduling a service beforehand to see if there's a quick fix available.
Signs that my Air Conditioning needs repairing?

Common diagnosis are as follows - poor cooling/heating functionality, strange noises that tend to either be consistent or intermittent, odour coming from the unit and a potential increase in energy bills.
